Our installation timelines strictly adhere to the specific requirements of each exhibition center. The completed stand will be delivered the morning before the fair's opening day. The final day is dedicated to marketing and setting up your company's product displays. A dedicated project manager will be on-site to oversee the process and ensure a smooth handover. You will be provided with their direct contact information for any questions or requests before and during the event.
After selecting and purchasing your hostesses/stewards, our office will contact you directly to provide further details such as names for exhibitor badges, specific duties, required attire, and scheduling information, including a briefing.
Ordering is easy! Just input the number of guests, choose your buffet, and select the dates. Once your purchase is complete, we'll get in touch to finalize the details, including delivery, staff coordination (if applicable), and exhibitor badges.
